The Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie cordially invites you to its Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 12th, 2012 at the Best Western Parkway Inn & Conference Center (1515 Vincent Massey, Cornwall) at 11:30 a.m.

A free lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. followed by a conference beginning at 12:30 p.m.:

• Guest: Mr. Grant Crack, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs and Member of Provincial Parliament for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell
• Conference: “Le plan stratégique de l’AFO et l’enjeu santé” by Mr. Denis Vaillancourt, President of the Assemblée de la francophonie de l’Ontario (AFO)

You are invited to participate in the 6th Annual Frontline FYI information exchange event. This event will showcase a variety of area agencies and programs offered to all residents of the community.

In addition to promoting agency and community services available, this year’s Frontline FYI “Health Zone” will demonstrate wellness and self care practices to ensure personal health. The Zone will be featuring healthy eating and cooking demos, massages, yoga and more!
