Comments and Complaints

If you wish to express how satisfied you are about the services rendered, or if you are dissatisfied with the services you received or should have received, you may file a complaint.

In person or by telephone:
Talk to the manager of the site rendering the services. Consult the Our Health Centres page of our website to obtain the names and telephone numbers of the site managers.
