Groups registration for winter 2017

You can now register for any one of the winter groups offered by the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie.
There is something for everyone; exercises, anxiety management, fall prevention, weight loss, etc.

CORNWALL (please note that the groups are offered in French):

• Anxiety management group
• Relaxation group
• Exercises group for a better mental health
• Mindfulness group
• Fall prevention group
• Self-defense for adults group
  

BOURGET (please note that the groups are offered in French):

• Anxiety management and relaxation group

CRYSLER ET EMBRUN (please note that the groups are offered in French):

• Variety of exercises programs

ALEXANDRIA (please note that the groups are offered in French):

• Exercises group

HAWKESBURY (please note that the groups are offered in French):
