The professionals of the physical health sector provide primary healthcare by means of programs and activities in prevention, promotion, and education. They help clients take charge of their own health in order to prevent diagnosed diseases from taking hold or getting worse.

Don’t have a family doctor?

Some CSCE satellite offices accept new clients, and most maintain waiting lists. If you do not currently have a family doctor or you would like to change family doctors in order to receive medical services closer to home, contact us by phone or email.

*Medical and Nutritional Appointments :

The Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie (CSCE) functions by appointment only in order to provide the best possible healthcare services.

The CSCE does not have the resources to provide emergency services.It is possible, however, to see a doctor or nurse practitioner on the same day you call for last-minute acute care needs.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please tell us as soon as possible. We will schedule a new appointment for you in the shortest possible time frame.

**Telephone Visits :

If you feel a sudden onset of illness or discomfort, you can call the CSCE. A nurse will help you determine if it is necessary to see a healthcare professional. If you need to see a professional on the same day, the nurse will make an appointment for you with the appropriate healthcare professional.
