Aim and objectives: The Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Mindfulness (CBTm) education classes are introduced to help participants:
1) learn the basic principles of CBT,
2) learn the quality self-help CBT resources,
3) get a “head start” on treatment.
Classes include both didactic and experiential learning. Home exercises are suggested every week.
