The Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie (CSCE) is a leader in the delivery of community health, mental health and physical health services in the counties of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott and Russell. The CSCE strives to meet the needs of the community and its clients, guided by core values such as commitment, integrity, collaboration, excellence, accountability and compassion.
The Operations Supervisor represents the Eastern Champlain Youth Wellness Hubs, promotes them throughout the community, and develops and maintains partnerships. This person implements, oversees and evaluates the Hub’s programs and ensure that data is collected.
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent oversees operations at both the Cornwall and Rockland locations, as well as staff and their security. They also ensure that services are accessible in community settings other than the main locations.
Compétences recherchées
- Graduate degree in mental health, or an undergraduate degree in a health-related field combined with extensive experience working with youth
- Three to five years of experience working with youth in a community and/or mental health setting
- Experience developing, implementing, overseeing and evaluating programs
- Knowledge of community resources for youth and their families
- Knowledge of the needs of youth
- Knowledge of the role of an interprofessional team and of interprofessional intervention
- Ability to lead change and support staff while ensuring the ongoing engagement of youth and family members
- Ability to implement and regularly evaluate the programs and services offered at the Youth Wellness Hubs
- Ability to promote the Youth Wellness Hubs within the community
- Ability to establish and maintain communication and partnership networks with the community
- Ability to supervise peer support workers
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
Conditions d’emploi

- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Annual salary of $73,542.07 to $88,565.36 and four weeks of annual vacation
