• Only people who have a doctor or nurse practitioner at the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie (CSCE) can use this platform to book appointments.
• These appointments are reserved for in-person care from our doctors and nurse practitioners at our locations. If you would like to discuss more than one health issue, please mention this at the beginning of your appointment so that you and your healthcare provider can determine together what can be addressed during the appointment.
• The appointment times listed are for 7 days or more from now. If you would like an appointment sooner or if your health issue is not appropriate for this service, please call the office.
