The CSCE will resume regular hours of operation as of Monday, January 5, 2026.
During this period, in-person services will be offered exclusively at the Cornwall and Embrun locations.
👉 All CSCE clients may access services at these two locations, regardless of their usual site of care.
In-Person Services
Appointments with a physician or nurse practitioner will be available for urgent issues only and only for clients enrolled in the CSCE Primary Care Program.

Virtual Services
Our team will continue to offer virtual appointments (by phone or videoconference) during the holiday period, according to an adjusted schedule.
Prescription Renewals
To avoid any interruption in your treatments during the holiday period, we encourage you to plan your prescription renewals as early as possible. Please ask your pharmacy to send your renewal requests to us promptly. This will allow us to process requests in a timely manner and help ensure that your medications are ready before the holidays.
