Our Commitment

Quality Improvement Plans

The Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie (CSCE) is committed to providing excellent care to the communities it serves. In addition, it strives to continuously improve the quality of the care and services it offers. To this end, the organization has developed a quality improvement plan, as required by the Excellent Care for All Act. This plan represents a formal commitment by the CSCE and its professionals to always provide quality health care in accordance with the organization’s values.

In addition, the Service Quality Committee, with the approval of senior management, evaluates CSCE client satisfaction on an annual basis. To this end, a survey is conducted at all six locations during the fall.

The survey consists of several sections, each covering a topic that is important to the CSCE and its quality improvement plan. These topics are accessibility, client-centred care, fairness, confidentiality, satisfaction with services received, and communication.

Accessibility for people with disabilities

The CSCE is committed to providing an accessible environment for all clients, visitors, and staff members by meeting the requirements set out in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

To this end, the CSCE has developed a multi-year plan that outlines its strategy for preventing and removing barriers and meeting these requirements.

The CSCE strives to comply with the regulations and standards set out by the AODA and makes improvements each year to achieve this goal. For information on the status of measures taken, please consult the Annual Progress Report (PDF, French only).

Finally, the CSCE takes into consideration the special needs of people with disabilities in the application of various organizational policies and procedures, as described in its Policy on Accessibility for People with Disabilities (PDF, French only).

Your comments are important to us, as they help us serve you better.

People with disabilities are therefore invited to complete and submit the accessibility feedback form (in French only) online or print the PDF document, complete it, and mail it to:
