Mental Health
What is good mental health?
Being in good mental health means:
Being able to recognize and understand your emotions, manage stress and the challenges of everyday life, maintain healthy relationships with others, and find a certain balance in your life. It does not mean being happy all the time, but rather having the resources to cope with the ups and downs of life.
