Important Message to Members of CSCE—Membership Renewal Notice
This notice is to inform you that it is time to renew your membership with the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie (CSCE). You have until May 3, 2024, at 4 p.m. to renew your membership.
It is your responsibility to notify the secretary of CSCE, Mr. Marc Bisson, of your renewal. No membership fees are required to be a member of CSCE. You can proceed with your renewal by following the instructions below.

To renew your CSCE membership status, please:
- Fill out and submit the online form.
*It is important to renew your CSCE membership status, as a person is only entitled to vote at the AGM if they have been a member for thirty (30) days prior to the meeting date.

Q: How can I know if I am a CSCE member?
A: The Secretary of the CSCE corporation maintains an up-to-date list of members. If you have attended the latest annual general meetings of CSCE and had voting rights, you are likely on the CSCE membership list. By submitting your renewal request, the secretary can confirm with you whether you are properly registered on this list or not.
Q: I am a client of CSCE, why should I renew my membership?
A: Being a client (patient) of CSCE, meaning receiving care and services at one of CSCE’s sites, does not imply being a member of CSCE. It is not necessary to be a member to be a client and receive care and services at CSCE. Membership status grants the right to sit on the board of directors and vote at the annual general meetings of CSCE.
