Bell Let’s Talk Day

Bell Let’s Talk day is on January 28th.

Now more than ever, every action counts. On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for:

  • Every applicable text and call
  • Every tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk
  • Every social media official  video view
  • Every use of the Facebook frame or Snapchat filter

On Bell Let’s Talk Day we are changing the conversation!

In addition Canadien Mental Health Assotiation (CMHA) Champlain East in partnership with the Suicide Prevention Coalition of Champlain East will be hosting a virtual event at 6:30 p.m. to engage our community in conversation surrounding mental health.

When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts. Join us for a round table conversation on mental health with our local panelists including Mayor Bernadette Clement, Mental Health Promoter Angele D’Alessio, Mental Health Advocate Mitch Dubeau, Parent Mental Health Advocate Chantal Larocque, Singer/Songwriter Melanie Brulee and Cofounders of MenTALK/K’hommuniqueIvan Labelle and Stephen Douris.
